This property, located opposite the Fernando Fuentes square, is used as a rehearsal room for several musical groups: Rómulo Betancourt, Parranda Bentahod and the Orotava Polyphonic Choral.

It has an auditorium with a capacity for 200 people, although it also functions as an exhibition hall.
